GENERAL
2020 Images Photography Delivery Policy Photographs will be despatched within 3-4 days after an order is made; preparation of prints generally takes 2-3 days.
Please note if you pay by cheque your order will not be despatched until the cheque has been cleared. UK customers generally take 3-4 working days, European customers will take generally 7-10 working days, worldwide will take 19 to 21 Days. (for extra protection large photographs will be posted in protective cardboard tubing). However please be aware that it can take longer. Cost will be calculated during ordering for European and Worldwide. Large photographs will be shipped in protective round cardboard packaging. For shipping within the UK photographs are flat packed. Please contact me for usage rights or larger print sizes.

The customer should inspect for damage/faults within a twenty-four hour period from receipt. If your items are damaged on arrival, please inform us immediately, you will have to return the damaged item; we will replace or provide you with a full refund if that should be your preferred action.

2020 images are not currently VAT registered therefore we do not charge extra taxes on our prices. In certain countries, customs clearances and/or other taxes may be required; it is the customer’s sole responsibility to pay any local taxes or duties

Delivery costs will be calculated when the destination country is entered during the purchasing process prior to actual payment. Shipping may be more economical when multiple items are purchased. (Special offers on delivery costs may be available from time to time). All orders within the UK delivered to your door for £4.95 for large photographs and £3.50 for the smaller photographs. 2020 Images has a secure on-line payment facilities. 2020 Images will be shipping their photographs unmounted and unframed. We belive this policy is best as it gives the customer a choice to decide a border and frame that suits your photograph

With custom made goods we reserve the right to refuse cancellation and refunds deduction for handling charge will be made at our discretion. We try to be as flexible as we can and if you let us know within 12 hours that you wish to cancel, we will try to accommodate you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
